This article will show you how to access and make changes to My Preferences.
- Select Manage My Account.
- Click the arrow for My Preferences.
- You can now select from the Profile and Notification Settings options.
MY PREFERENCES → PROFILE
Your profile photo appears in the upper right of the platform when you are signed in. It’s also displayed next to any notes or comments you leave on a result or jurisdiction.
To update your profile picture:
- Select Profile.
- Click UPLOAD AN IMAGE/REPLACE IMAGE or on the image itself.
- Upload a JPEG or PNG from your computer.
- Click Open.
- Your profile picture is now updated.
To update your personal information:
- Select Profile.
- Make updates to your Name, Title and Phone Number.
- Once changes are made, click UPDATE.
Note: At this time your email cannot be updated. If you need to update your email address, please contact Fyllo support.
To change your password:
- Select Profile.
- In the CHANGE PASSWORD section, click GET LINK.
- A password reset email will be sent to your address.
Note: Account administrators can also access this feature to trigger password resets for you.
MY PREFERENCES → NOTIFICATION SETTINGS
Platform Notifications are emails sent when a user takes an action within the Fyllo platform. These actions may include mentions, comments or any other action you or a colleague may take.
To access Platform Notifications:
- Select Notification Settings.
- Choose if you’d like to receive Email Notifications and at what Frequency (Daily, Weekly or Monthly) for the three types of notifications:

- Activity Summary - Notifies you of any updates within your account, such as subscription changes or users being added or removed.
- New Mentions - A notification will be sent any time you are @ mentioned in the platform comments/notes feature.
- New Comments - Notifies you when someone comments on content you are following (Result, Search., etc.) without needing to @ mention you.
